FORCED ADOPTIONS: It's been 8 years since Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard apologised to the women of Australia who'd been coerced into adopting out their new born babies against their will. This episode is close to our hearts for so many reasons - listen and all will be revealed...

From the 1940s to the 1970s, more than 250,000 unwed mothers from all over the country were coerced into giving their babies up for adoption in what has become one of the cruellest injustices in Australian history. This week, Geordie and Michelle take a look at some heartbreaking cases from Crown Street Women's Hospital and beyond... after they first discuss good telly, the death of Prince Phillip, truly jaw-dropping royal gaffes and the briefest of Ben Mendelsohn mentions...

Geordie talks about TV series The Terror, Michelle utters the words 'dog log', Geordie pays respects to the sad passing of actor Paul Ritter and Michelle has no recollection of ever watching BBC drama The Game.

Then it's on to the main shebang... Australia's forced adoption scandal. The pair discover how women were sent away from their homes, drugged, coerced to sign adoption papers and were even told their baby had died... heartbreaking stuff. But there's also a case that will surprise listeners, too... And a mention of Sherbert. HOWZAT!
